I got a game from you and it doesn't work, what to do?
First of all, you should check if you have the newest video card installed. You can check it at the card's manufacturer's website. Then you can check if you have the newest DirectX version installed. And when all that doesn't help and you bought the game from THIS site, just write us a letter describing in detail what is happening. We will get onto this matter as quickly as we can. If the game was purchased on some OTHER site, you must contact the support department there.
I have lost my registration code, what to do?
Don't worry, that's not a problem. If you have bought the game from THIS site, you can simply go to eSellerate after purchase services. Everything is shown step-by-step there.

I bought your game now how can I register it?
Upon receiving your serial number, you simply have to run the game and press the "Enter Key" button on the right side of the title screen. Another window should appear. After inputting you Registration Name and your Serial Number in appropriate fields just click "Unlock!". Have fun :).

I enter the registration key and it doesn't work.
Please be sure that you are trying to register the game that was downloaded and installed from the site from where you purchased it on. Only then the registration keys can work properly.
How do I buy your games?
It's very simple. Just go to our online store. There you can view our game catalogue and when you see a game that you'd like, just click the "Buy it" button. Later you will have to complete the purchase process but don't worry - it is step by step. Very simple and secure.
What's Beta Program about?
Beta Program enables everybody to play and test our current projects. Thanks to it you can have some impact on the final quality of our games.
What are the requirements to join?
We require you to have an email account, some time to spare and a medium-class PC or Apple Mac computer. Willingness of sharing your thoughts on our games with us is preferable.
What do I have to do to be able to test your games?
All you have to do is to join our Beta Program by filling a short form you can find at the top of his page. It will enable us to send you information on how to download and test our games.

What's the difference between the Closed and Open Beta?
To join the Closed Beta you have to be an Open Beta member first. If you will test received game thoroughly and you will share your thoughts with us by filling the survey, you'll have a strong chance of being accepted to the Closed Beta. You will then be able to test our games without any time restrictions.

If you bought any of our games and for some reason you are not satisfied with it, we’ll offer you a refund. In case a game doesn’t work on your PC and you want your money back, we ask that you give us one week so we can try to eliminate your problem.
Please note that due to technical reasons we will be able to refund 90% of your order total, since 10% goes to the e-commerce handling fees and cannot be refunded.
