• Creating and maintaining consistent art style for a complex computer game
• Creating concept arts (graphical prototyping/brainstorming) of characters, backdrops, props, interfaces, animations etc.
• Maintaining consistent and aesthetic look of the game's visuals
• Cooperation with third parties and supervising the process of creating the final art assets

• Highly skilled in Corel Photo-Paint or Adobe Photoshop
• Ability to draw conceptual arts
• Creativity and high motivation in creating computer games
• Communicational English required
• Experience in computer game development preferred
• Basic grasp of game design rules or willingness to learn

• Tasks may be largely conducted remotely, but regular meetings with the project team will be necessary in the company's office in Warsaw.
• Work on contract basis for the duration of current, unannounced project. Further cooperation possible, based on the results.

• Art Director

• Creating 2d / 3d hi-poly graphics for computer games (characters, props, backgrounds, animations, etc.)
• Drawing conceptual arts (graphical prototyping / brainstorming)
• Maintaining graphical consistency in computer games
• Testing and overall support in the game development process

• Highly skilled in graphic software: 3D Studio MAX (possibly Blender) and Corel Photo-Paint / Adobe Photoshop
• Ability to quickly produce complex graphics at every stage of game's development (design, modeling, texturing, lightning, animation, FX, montage and post-process)
• Creativity and high motivation in creating computer games
• Ability to draw conceptual arts
• Compositional abilities, developed aesthetic sense, effective operating with color, form and lightning
• Experience with creating graphics for multimedia applications preferred

• Additional technology knowledge preferred (scripting, audio, Mac programming, consoles etc.)
