1. I enter the registration key and it doesn't work.
Please be sure that you are trying to register the game that was downloaded and installed from the site from where you purchased it on. Only then the registration keys can work properly.
2. How do I buy your games?
It's very simple. Just go to our online store. There you can view our game catalogue and when you see a game that you'd like, just click the "Buy it" button. Later you will have to complete the purchase process but don't worry - it is step by step. Very simple and secure.
3. I have a great idea for a game! Will you make it for me?

4. What is DirectX and where can I get it?
DirectX is a set of multimedia drivers for the Windows platform. It is best for you to have the newest version available installed. You can always get it for free at http://www.microsoft.com/directx

7. I bought your game now how can I register it?
Upon receiving your serial number, you simply have to run the game and press the "Enter Key" button on the right side of the title screen. Another window should appear. After inputting you Registration Name and your Serial Number in appropriate fields just click "Unlock!". Have fun :).
8. I have lost my registration code, what to do?
Don't worry, that's not a problem. If you have bought the game from THIS site, you can simply go to eSellerate after purchase services. Everything is shown step-by-step there.
If the game was bought from some OTHER site than this one you must consult the support department there.
9. I got a game from you and it doesn't work, what to do?
First of all, you should check if you have the newest video card installed. You can check it at the card's manufacturer's website. Then you can check if you have the newest DirectX version installed. And when all that doesn't help and you bought the game from THIS site, just write us a letter describing in detail what is happening. We will get onto this matter as quickly as we can. If the game was purchased on some OTHER site, you must contact the support department there.
